OUR PROCESS

We provide shingles with a 50-year warranty, full replacement of rotten roof plywood, and cleanup of the site, in a fast and reliable way.

We will quickly tear off the old shingles and repair or replace rotten sheathing.  The old flashing will be replaced around the chimney and any where else that is needed.  We will install a water runoff around chimneys wider than two feet to avoid water sitting at the edge of the chimney. 

Antennas will be taken down and reinstalled.  Your provider may need to readjust afterwards.  New vents or ridge vent will be installed.  New boots around plumbing will also be installed.  We will install a row of Ice and Shield, drip edge, vapor barrier, starter shingle and finally the shingles. 
Cleanup will start as soon as tear off is done and trash will be hauled away
upon completion.
